Community Building Partnerships

Our readiness to launch a higher level of community problem-solving work has been steadily growing as we have convened the following valley-wide partnerships and led demonstration of nationally-recognized best practice models:

• COMPASS – Community Partners for Student Success
• Success By 6™
• Lehigh Valley Alliance on Aging
• The Neighborhood Zone

Besides experience, we have gained local, state, and even some national partner credibility regarding our ability to convene a multitude of partners, to leverage resources in creative and effective ways, and to implement model strategies with integrity.

We will continue to strengthen our strategic partnerships in 2008-10, integrating even more partner agency programs into community-wide best practice initiatives.
